Good to know: You do not need to register in advance. Just come by, meet us on site, and bring your ID for the rental process. For a faster rental service, we recommend registering online as a tester before the event. This helps us make the check-in easier and get you on the gear faster.

  • The Tester hereby declares that he is a competent kite surfer, is aware of the potential dangers and is able to safely control a kite.
  • It is strictly forbidden for the Tester to allow anyone else to use the equipment he is borrowing from the Lender. The Tester confirms that he has received the kite and/or board in good working order.
  • The Lender is not liable for any material defects, whether on the kite and/or board or any other equipment owned or in use by the Tester. The use of adequate safety equipment (helmet, protection, buoyancy vest) is recommended.
  • The Tester understands that he is using the kite and/or board at his own risk and responsibility. The Tester is liable for any damage to the kite and/or board which is caused by improper use.
  • The Lender accepts no liability whatsoever for the consequences of any accidents or damage caused by the Tester while using the kite and/or board.
  • In particular, the Lender accepts no liability for damage to equipment or to the Tester's person, or for any damage caused to a third party while using the kite and/or board. The Tester agrees to accept all responsibility for claims from third parties.
