The GKA Kite World Cup Sylt 2026 returns to the iconic shores of Westerland, Sylt, from 25–30 August 2026, bringing together the world’s best kiteboarders for one of the most prestigious stops on the GKA Kite World Tour. The event features the disciplines of Kite-Surf and Hydrofoil Big Air, challenging riders to combine technical wave performance with speed, height, and explosive aerial manoeuvres. Known for its powerful North Sea conditions, shifting winds, and rolling waves, Sylt provides a demanding stage for athletes competing for valuable championship points in front of thousands of spectators. We're excited to see if reigning GKA Hydrofoil Big Air World Champion Hugo Wigglesworth will secure the top spot of the podium for another year.
