The GWA Wingfoil World Cup Fuerteventura heads to the iconic Sotavento Beach from 27 July – 1 August 2026, where the world's best wingfoilers will compete in FreeFly-Slalom and Surf-Freestyle. Famous for its powerful trade winds, turquoise waters, and one of the longest-running wind sports festivals in the world, Fuerteventura provides the perfect setting for high-speed racing and explosive freestyle action. Austria's Viola Lippitsch will be among the contenders in both disciplines, taking on the sport's elite as the battle for valuable world championship points continues. With an electric festival atmosphere and world-class conditions, Fuerteventura remains one of the highlights of the GWA Wingfoil World Tour calendar.
